Individual Travellers
At Event Solutions Malta by Vacations Malta Ltd, apart from the groups department that handles various categories of groups, we also have a separate department that is solely dedicated to FIT, Individuals business.
We are more than happy to provide you with bespoke and tailor-made services for your individual travellers to Malta.
Again here we offer one stop shop services booking and securing accommodation in any requested hotel or property and at the best prices on the market, exclusive or shared transfers from the airport to the accommodation and vice versa, “seat on bus” excursions, tailor-made exclusive/private excursions, car rental and any other services requested.
All this will be closely co-ordinated and supervised by our multi lingual representatives, who will personally oversee the stay of each client from arrival to departure.
Transfers
We can provide transfers for any number of people and to any part of Malta, Gozo and even Comino on any day of the week and at any time. We only make use of reputable and fully insured suppliers using modern, clean and fully air-conditioned vehicles.
Transfers can either be organised exclusively and privately – for those who would not mind paying something extra in order to be driven ion their own straight to their hotel and with no stops in between – or else we can organise transfers in larger vehicles, shared with other guests.
We can provide our clients with any type of vehicle starting from taxis to 53 seat busses. All will be – as usual closely supervised and co-ordinated by our staff.
Car-rental
For those who treasure their full independence and flexibility a self-drive rented car would be the solutions.
We work with reputable international companies – namely SIXT and Europcar – to provide our guests with all the different categories of cars, also with the best possible prices on the market.
Cars can be collected and dropped off at the airport or otherwise – for the comfort of the guests – these can be delivered to most of the hotels and properties, where the guests would be staying.
Excursions and Activities
For our FIT individuals we can offer a vast array of excursions and activities on land and sea that are spread out throughout all the days of the week.
Apart from the excellent “seat on bus” excursions that we offer in different languages we can also offer these same itineraries and other tailormade ones – privately and exclusively on request.
For those who prefer something different we an also arrange for your self-guided hiking tours plus other activities such as diving, kayaking and cycling.

Your Local Representative
We take pride in offering al our guests the services of a representative for the whole stay!
In fact, our guests are welcomed at the airport by our representative – speaking their native language – and who will take care of all their needs throughout their stay. After making sure that the guests would take their transfer from the airport, our representatives will visit them at their respective hotel by appointment in order to make sure that everything is according to what they booked and to see if they require any further assistance.
Our representative will be reachable to the guests on his/her private mobile phone 24/7 during their stay.
