International car rental brand SIXT, held their Annual World Conference in Malta in 2016. This is the most important yearly event for this prestigious company and it involved meticulous preparation and execution in a lot of different spheres. Be it in the main conference and numerous break out ones, the exhibition halls, vast transport and logistics requirements and a spectacular program of evening events ranging from a Maltese dinner at fort St Elmo, a private concert by the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra at the St. John’s co Cathedral followed by a reception at the Grand Master’s Palace and a grand Gala at the Eden Arena.
Event Solutions Malta by Vacations Malta ltd was entrusted with all the logistics of this whole event that included all transportation for guests and all promotional material that was ferried between all the venues, the provision of staff to co-ordinate all events including all hostesses and models plus the provision of all the equipment needed to make this a very successful event indeed.
